Our buddies Cruel Nature Recordings are going to be hosting Russian free-punk/noise-rock band Mirrored Lips on their debut UK tour in March, where they will be joined with Newcastle-based label mates, Fret! for dates in Leeds, London, Cambridge, Durham, Bristol, and more.
Mirrored Lips are Lusya, Ksusha and Sasha, hailing from Russia’s fifth largest city Nizhny Novgorod. They make riot grrrl and loose noise punk, mostly stemming from improvisation.
Fret! are a Newcastle-based trio playing “great little Touch and Go recordings style ditties” alongside some early Swans dirge and creepy David Lynch vibes.

14 March: Empty Shop HQ, DURHAM
15 March: Chunk, St Michaels House, LEEDS
16 March: Birthdays, Dalston, LONDON
17 March: The Blue Moon, CAMBRIDGE
